ELIGIBILITY:

1. Maintains records of media coverage and collates analytics and metrics and contacts for immediate reference;
2. Disseminates internal and external communication of information through various media that is designed to keep public informed of Office's policies, programs, accomplishments or points of view;
3. Sends out media advisory and invitations to ensure media coverage of events;
4. Provides technical support by setting up the audio and lighting and other requirements during events and monitors the same to ensure sound and light quality at all times;
5. Updates the deployment schedule of media relations staff on a weekly basis and arranges logistical support; and
6. Substitutes for other staff officers in case of absence to ensure continuous office operations. operations.
