ELIGIBILITY:
Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
1. Assists in the checking and reviewing of personnel attendance and leave records;
2. Supports in the preparation of NOSA, NOSI, List of Personnel for Loyalty Awards, etc. by checking employee records and reviewing the PSIPOP to secure updated data on salary adjustments in compliance with government reportorial requirements;
3. Acts in the absence of the payroll officer;
4. Prepares certifications (service record, certificate of employment and compensation) for review;
5. Acts as the agency's Liaison Officer to the GSIS by submitting applications for retirement and cash surrender benefits, etc. for the timely updating of records and release of personnel benefits; and
6. Administers the separation process to ensure smooth transition and exit of employees.
