ELIGIBILITY:

1. Provides technical support in the mobilization of the agency's knowledge management strategy and framework and data banking techniques;
2. Records the assigned milestone in accordance with the KMS, the prescribed audit plans, and objectives pursuant to ISO Standards;
3. Maintains processes to ensure knowledge management efforts are shaping strategy and informing decision making;
4. Assesses existing training and information management policies and approaches and provides relevant best practices and alternatives for improvement;
5. Creates collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas that are of use to colleagues, clients/stakeholders, and other partners as well as provides advisory support in information management techniques;
6. Works with other Office/Division/Unit lo determine how to best share knowledge to both internal and external clients/stakeholders, including print and electronic information;
7. Creates and designs collaterals as needed for the Intranet (BISEntral); and
8. Substitutes for other staff officers in case of absence to ensure continuous office operations.
