ELIGIBILITY:

1. Documents official activities and engagements of the Vice President by taking videos and photos which will serve as reference in preparation of media collaterals and correspondences;
2. Releases the correspondences and media collaterals to various media outlets and social media platforms for effective information dissemination;
3. Coordinates with organizers all the posible scenarios that may impact media coverage such as venue, time, lights, electricity access, internet, and attendees and proposes solutions to ensure smooth flow of activities;
4. Conducts research and fieldwork and provides inputs in creating social media content to promote the Office's policies and programs;
5. Addresses inquiries from the media and other parties to establish and maintain effective relationships among stakeholders; and
6. Substitutes for other staff officers in case of absence to ensure continuous office operations
