The Office of the Vice President had acquired three vehicles to be used by the Disaster Operations Center (DOC).

The vehicles — a 10-wheeler truck, a food truck, and a utility vehicle — will be used to ensure faster and more effective OVP response during calamities.

The DOC leads OVP’s relief response during crises and calamities.

On November 23, 2023, Fr. Angelo Dizon officiated the blessing of the three vehicles. The ceremony was attended by OVP Chief of Staff Usec Zuleika T. Lopez, DOC Chief Eymard Eje, Assistant Chief of Staff Asec Lemuel G. Ortonio, and other OVP officials.
