The Office of the Vice President (OVP) provided assistance to 300 families affected by a fire in two barangays in Quezon City on November 8.
The OVP Disaster Operations Center led the distribution of relief boxes and food bags to 200 families in Barangay Apolonio Samson and 100 families in Barangay E. Rodriguez.
The relief boxes contained a hygiene kit, mosquito net, sleeping mattress, face masks, collapsible water containers, and slippers. The food bags comprised three kilograms of rice, five packs of instant noodles, and five canned goods.
