Through the Office of the Vice President - Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OVP-BARMM) Satellite Office, a total of 80 Grades 1 and 4 students from the Alamada Elementary School in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao del Norte, received the PagbaBAGo Bags.
This is part of the OVP's "PagbaBAGo: A Million Learners and Trees" campaign, aimed at providing a million bags and planting a million trees across the Philippines.
School Principal Apipa Arumpac said the distribution of the bags was timely because "the students need them now due to life's difficulties."
The bags contain school supplies and a dental kit.
“Kami po ay nagagalak at napakaswerte dahil isa ang aming paaralan ang nabiyayaan ng OVP school bags. Sana po ay marami pa kayong matulungan,” Principal Arumpac said.
