We visited a multi-grade Last Mile School in Butuan City, Province of Agusan del Norte to see their condition. Tud-ol Elementary School has four classrooms for 70 students who are children of farmers, 23 of which belong to the Higanoon tribe.
The only request of the students was PagbaBAGo bags, which we immediately delivered. It's also an opportunity to conduct 'A Million Trees' tree planting activity with the DepEd teachers and personnel.
We distributed laptops and rice for the teachers and we heard their request for handwashing facilities and extra budget for the whole school which we immediately resolved to improve the service for the youth.
