Vice President Sara Duterte joined members of the Philippine Society of Private Midwife Clinic Owners (PSPMCO), Inc. in their Regional Conference in Davao City last April.

The Vice President highlighted the necessity of understanding the significance of family planning. She expressed appreciation upon learning that the organization offers guidance on responsible parenthood and various family planning methods.

One of the Vice President’s advocacies is comprehensive family planning to enlighten parents on the importance of adequately supporting their children, ensuring they have the opportunity to pursue and complete their education.

She conveyed her deep respect to the midwives, acknowledging them as the unsung heroes deserving of broader recognition. She expressed heartfelt gratitude for their dedicated service, commending their expertise, compassion, and care.
