Members of the Tricycle Operators and Driver's Association (TODA) from 37 different barangays in Tuguegarao City convened at the Lighthouse Cooperative Event Hall, Bagay Road, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, on November 28 to be the recipients of gift packs distributed by the Office of the Vice President Cagayan Valley Satellite Office.

The gift packs included rice, spaghetti, and other essentials. The successful distribution was achieved through the collaboration of the OVP Cagayan Valley Satellite Office and the Provincial Government of Cagayan, led by 3rd District Board Member Hon. Rosauro Rodrigo G. Resuello.
